Agreement to Terms: By signing this Agreement or making use of Spearhead Online Products or Services, [Company] agrees to be bound by and subject to all terms in this Agreement and as set forth in the “R22 Master Subscription Agreement” accessible and visible at this URL: https://www.spearheadonline.com/terms-of-use

 

Compensation: Customer agrees to submit compensation to Spearhead Online in the amounts as set out in the “Services” section of this Agreement and at the frequency as set out in the “Terms & Conditions” of this Agreement. If the Contract Start Date is a date other than the first of a month, Spearhead Online may adjust or prorate the first month’s effective billing amount for the Services accordingly.

 

Payment: If compensation is to be paid by method of a credit card, then [Company] agrees to submit valid credit card information by way of the payment authorization form that will be sent immediately following the acceptance of this agreement by [Company] and Spearhead Online. Client will be bound by any additional terms as may be set-out therein.

 

Term & Termination: The term of the Agreement will begin at the Contract Start Date and will automatically renew and extend as of the Contract Auto-Renewal Date and will continue to automatically renew and extend at equal periods indefinitely until either party indicates its intent to terminate the contract upon providing notice in writing and by email. Please send written cancellation notice either via certified mail to Spearhead Online, at 17008-90th Ave. NW, Suite 620, Edmonton, AB, T5T 1L6, or email at spearheadcancel@spearheadonline.com no later than 30 days from [Company]'s intention to cancel.

 

Shopify Websites: Once Spearhead Online has configured and set-up your eCommerce Website to your satisfaction (whether provided by Shopify or another eCommerce provider), ownership of the eCommerce Website will be transferred to [Company], who will then be responsible for selecting and confirming the corresponding service plans or packages offered by the eCommerce provider, as well as paying any and all corresponding onetime, monthly or other fees, as may be applicable. By using the Spearhead Web and Mobile App, you will have the on-going ability to directly create and update your own inventory product catalog for merchandising on the eCommerce Website. If at anytime you require assistance with product merchandising, website customization, etc., Spearhead Online has various options for providing assistance.
